LiveAir Executive Team

 For the past 20+ years, Simon has owned and operated a number of animal related businesses from Pet care, Boarding facilities, Pet transport Companies and Stockair. Stockair is Australia’s largest facilitator of the export of  livestock by air.

Simon is currently the President of the International Pet and Animal Transportation Association and Vice President of Queensland Livestock Exporters Association and serves on the  ASEL TAC  and Cost Recovery Committee.

As a committed leader to the safe relocation of animals, Simon imparts a strong knowledge of ASEL,  up to date matters involved in the live export of animals by air industry both nationally and internationally and the requirements of IATA’S Live Animal Regulations, to the benefit of LiveAir.

David has been involved in the Australian Livestock Export Industry since 1985, hence brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the LiveAir Executive team.

As the Managing Director of Austock Rural and an active exporter David's professional approach and intricate knowledge of livestock and regulation is invaluable.

David has played an active role in various industry board and committees in the Livestock Industry at both State and National levels and currently serves on the LERDAC Committee and AA Working group.

 Ben Clifford is the International trade Sales Manager with Dairy Livestock Services with 24 years’ experience in sales and operational management of export and import businesses. Demonstrates extensive experience in key Asian trade partners specifically in conducting business with China, Japan, Taiwan and Indonesia, with expert knowledge in culturally-specific business etiquette and government trade protocols. 

Ben also serves on the Live Export Industry Breeder Committee. 

 John commenced his air cargo career in 1970 as an export cadet  and in 1975 progressed to Regional Manager SWP for Trans International Airlines, then the largest livestock suitable carrier operating freighter aircrafts.
In 1977, John  established IACS- International Aircraft Charter Service specialising in air transport of livestock and development of disposable timber and re-usable alloy penning.
As a founding member of LiveAir, John continues to offer livestock exporters with a wide range of practical knowledge and experience throughout the export chain focussed on supply of modern aircraft types, livestock penning and aircraft load planning to deliver best animal welfare outcomes. 

 David Reed joins the LiveAir Executive Team from Austrex where he is the General Manager of Elite Breeding and leads the AUSTREX air freight business which exports high genetic value breeding cattle, sheep, milking goats and alpacas to multiple markets. 

David has a strong background in agribusiness and international trade and a  and in-depth understanding of multiple global market requirements.  

David also serves on the Live Export Industry Breeder Committee.

 Angus Grieve is the Managing Director of  Australian Breeding Livestock Exports Pty Ltd (ABL Exports) , a global exporter of high quality Australian Livestock servicing  South East Asia and the middle east to supply sheep, goats, dairy and beef cattle.
Angus has over 20 years experience in the Live Export Industry whom brings considered approaches to risk mitigation and Industry Consultation meetings.Angus serves also serves on the Live Export Protocol Committee. 

Jamie Kennedy has over 20 years of experience in the aviation and logistics sectors including 10 years in the Royal Australian Air Force. He is the director of Auswide Air, an aviation consulting business with dedicated functions to assist with aircraft charters, airport operations, live export project planning, operation and execution. Jamie has also managed the manufacture and supply of disposable and reusable aircraft animal pens for the live export industry.  

Jamie is the Treasurer of LiveAir.
